Characteristics
The farmouse is a rural house in the beautiful region known as Vega Granadina, just 2 motorway exits from Granada capital, but framed in an environment full of tranquility where you can breathe the air of the countryside and enjoy the incredible sunsets in our garden.
A completely renovated house, with all the comforts, with capacity for up to 11 people that offers you what you are looking for: family holidays in the middle of nature, but with all the comforts of civilization.
Entering through the town of Alhendín, heading towards the cemetery, you will find the Camino Viejo de Granada, where our farmhouse is located, almost on the outskirts of the town, but with a paved road that joins it, so access is very good and still within the city.
You can access the farmhouse with your car without any problem, and we even have a parking area for our guests.
Fireplace, central heating and air conditioning, solar panels, washing machine, iron, kitchenware, television, table football, wood oven, private pool, large windows to the outside with thermal bridge. Internet WIFI.
Bed and bathroom linen included.
With distribution on a single floor, and with a capacity of up to 11 people, El Cortijo del Abuelo Pepe is the perfect place for a holiday with the whole family.
DISTRIBUTION AND EQUIPMENT
The house consists of a living-dining room with an integrated kitchen, 5 bathrooms, 3 family bedrooms with different capacities, and another living room-kitchen for meetings in the independent outdoor area of the house.
Each family bedroom features quality mattresses and soft, comfortable bedding to help you sleep. A complete bathroom could not be missing in each bedroom, to make your stay more comfortable. Likewise, each bedroom has a key to preserve your privacy. They are organized as follows:
GRANDMOTHER CONCHITA BEDROOM: TRIPLE (double bed + 1 single bed)
GRANDMOTHER RUFINA BEDROOM: QUADRUPPLE (1 double bed + 2 single beds)
GRANDMOTHER Mª JOSEFA BEDROOM: QUADRUPLE (1 double bed + 1 bunk bed with 2 single beds).
In addition, the house has a common bathroom with a washing machine (in the corridor next to the dining room) and another bathroom with access from the outdoor areas of the patio and garden.
We also have a cozy living room with an office-style kitchen, a wood oven and a fireplace outside, independent of the house, for celebrations and/or family gatherings.

A large living-dining room with fireplace and open kitchen, in a single cozy and practical room for the whole family to meet; its exteriors, with a cozy porch where you can have a coffee when you wake up, contemplating how the sun begins to appear on the horizon, the wooden tree house, which will delight children, the private pool where adults and children can enjoy of the open air and water, the orchard and chicken coop area to discover that little piece of our rural world that we approach our guests with so much love…
