Regulations of Use
1. Housing Conservation
The CLIENT receives the house in optimal conditions of cleanliness and order, and is obliged to take care of it, as well as the garden with its furniture, in a correct manner. If the CLIENT observes any damage or anomaly, he must communicate it at the time of his observation at the time of delivery of keys.
THE CLIENT must leave and return the rural house in acceptable conditions of cleanliness and with all the furniture and fixtures in the same state as they were at the entrance. Please expressly keep the furniture and fixtures in their original places.At the end of your stay, the OWNER will check the property and belongings of the house, as well as its cleanliness and order, in the presence of the guests.
2. Rules of Use and Coexistence
The CLIENT undertakes to act with the utmost civility, respecting the environment, calm, nature, cleanliness and order of the home.
The CLIENT and all the people housed in the rural house are subject to respect for the coexistence regulations that govern the municipality of Alhendín.
In addition, other rules of use and coexistence are established:
1º Respect, at all times, for calm and rest, as well as coexistence with neighbors, as well as in the environment. For this reason, noise after 12 midnight is prohibited (except the typical noise of a conversation in the garden or inside the house, but no loudspeakers or loud music after that time). Noise levels during the day also have to be appropriate to the environment. The use of karaoke machines and amplifiers is not allowed. In case of non-compliance, the owners reserve the right to vacate the house and give the pertinent part to the Civil Guard.
2nd The CLIENT must be diligent and careful in the consumption of electricity, heating, water, firewood, as well as the security of the building. In this sense, the CLIENT must try to leave the entrance door and the windows well closed, especially when leaving, just as they would in their own home.
3º It is forbidden to leave rubbish in the house, garden or on the street next to the entrance door. The CLIENT agrees to throw their garbage bags in one of the containers for their deposit that exist in the municipality. Specifically, as you leave the house on both the right and left, there are containers. There is also another according to the right about 100 meters from the door of the building.
4º The CLIENT must respect the furniture and the installations of the house, not being able to move the furniture, the electrical appliances, or the equipment from its original place. If any breakdown or breakage occurs, the owners of the house will be notified as soon as possible. We like that all our guests, just like you, find maximum comfort and cleanliness.
5º For reasons of the location of the property (in the center of the municipality) the use of any type of pyrotechnic material (firecrackers, flares, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
6º In the event of evidence of VANDALISM, NOISES, DISRUPTION, FOUNDED COMPLAINTS FROM NEIGHBORS or RECKLESS USE of the property and its belongings, the owners reserve the right to terminate the rental contract at any time, and the tenants must leave the property immediately.
7º The OWNER reserves the right not to accept or cancel stays that do not meet the rules of coexistence, at any time and without the possibility of reimbursement.
8º The OWNER is not responsible for the personal objects deposited in the house by the CLIENTS, as well as for the objects that they may have forgotten.
9º If THE CLIENT had to leave the house, for any reason, before the previously contracted date, they will not be entitled to a total or partial refund of the amount paid.
10º The CUSTOMER staying with a pet will be responsible, at all times, for the acts and damages of the animal. They will also prevent him from getting on the couches and beds.
3. Safety and Cleaning Standards
1º The clients are responsible for keeping the house properly closed in their absence, avoiding the entry of outside personnel.
2nd The accommodation will be exclusively occupied by registered people. It is completely forbidden to accommodate people who are not registered. The house and its facilities are exclusively for the people who are staying, in the case of having invitations and whenever they do not spend the night, the owner must be informed.
3º The garden will be kept perfectly clean, without throwing cigarette butts, papers, etc., and the plants that are in it will be respected. Pet owners must collect their droppings.
4. Energy efficiency
1º The heating system heats the entire house through radiators and is included in the price of the stay. Responsible and appropriate use must be made of it, keeping the thermostat at a suitable temperature.
2º The heating, the various household appliances and multimedia equipment provide comfort and convenience to the clients of the house. Enjoy them and make rational use of them, they are resources with a significant economic and ecological cost, and their control will allow us to maintain attractive prices.
3º The lights should be kept off in those rooms of the house that are not used, in order to promote energy saving. Pay special attention to those in the garden and those on the front porch, which are the ones that usually stay lit.
