General contracting conditions
The client will always receive the house and its exteriors in optimal conditions of cleanliness and order, being obliged to take care of it, as well as the garden with its furniture, the pool and the barbecue, in a correct manner.
At all times, the rules of coexistence that govern the municipality of Alhendín (Granada) must be respected.
The client agrees to act with the utmost civility, respecting the environment, calm, nature, cleanliness and order of the home. In the event of evidence of VANDALISM, INDICATION OF CONSUMPTION OF ANY TYPE OF ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE, ETHICAL INTOXICATION, EXCESSIVELY LOUD MUSIC or ANY IMPRUDENT USE OF THE HOUSE AND/OR ITS EQUIPMENT, the owners reserve the right to terminate the rental contract at any time. time, tenants must leave the premises immediately, with no option for reimbursement.
It is expressly requested not to change the furniture or the belongings in their places.
The use of the fireplace for cooking food is strictly prohibited, as well as its use with the door open (it must remain closed at all times, following the manufacturer’s instructions).
The owners are not responsible for the misuse of the pool or the negligence of the users. Minors must remain under the supervision of an adult at all times.
Please do not leave garbage bags in the house or in the garden or in front of the entrance door. There are containers in the town for its deposit, as you leave on the right hand side about 40 meters away.
Deposit or guarantee :
The amount given as a deposit when the reservation is made, is considered as a guarantee for possible damages and will be returned within 24 hours from the time the client leaves the house, once its condition has been verified. The rural house must be returned in the same conditions of cleanliness, same condition of the furniture and equipment that is delivered. In another case, the proportional part destined to cover the expenses that may cause the return of the rural house to its original state will be deducted from the deposit. If the cost of the repair or replacement of these objects exceeds the deposit, the Deposit will not be returned and the payment of the damages will be left pending, until their evaluation is achieved, which will be settled later.
Ability to spend the night in the house :
The capacity of the house is 11 seats, to spend the night in it if the event requires it and that night has been reserved. They can be occupied only with the number of people indicated in the reservation (adults and children). In no case can this figure be exceeded. In the event that the number of occupants of the house that spend the night in it exceeds the number indicated in the contract and declared in the entry document and the registration forms that are delivered to the police, the owner reserves the right of admission and will inform the civil guard, exempting itself from any incident that could occur in the rural house, derived from an over occupancy.
Catering :
You can consult the catering with which we have agreements, to select the one that best suits your taste and budget.
Celebrations with other external catering companies are not allowed, with which there is no signed collaboration agreement.
Formalization for celebrations :
The formalization of the reservation is conditioned to the payment of the advance requested by the establishment in concept of “celebration rights”, which consist of the rental of the venue, gardens, parking and general lighting of the area where the banquet will take place.
The facilities are “outdoors”, so the establishment is not responsible for possible weather disturbances.
In case of foreseeing adverse weather, the client must hire a tent through the catering company or directly with us.
The catering service will be contracted directly by the client, from among the options offered. The establishment has no responsibility for it.
